Maintenance methods and measures for common hydraulic systems of elevators
When we use hydraulic elevators in our daily lives, we should regularly inspect, maintain, and upkeep them. This not only extends the service life of hydraulic elevators, but also enhances their power during operation! For example, the transmission part should have sufficient lubricating oil, and vulnerable parts must be regularly inspected, repaired, or replaced. Mechanical bolts, especially those that frequently vibrate, such as slewing bearings and lifting arm connecting bolts, should be checked for looseness. If there is looseness, it must be tightened or replaced immediately.
Regulations on maintenance time
1. Daily maintenance (conducted every shift).
After working for 1500 hours, perform minor repairs on the mechanical and electrical systems of the elevator.
3. After 5000 hours of operation of the elevator, perform intermediate repairs on the mechanical and electrical systems.
After 10000 hours of operation, the elevator will undergo major repairs to its mechanical and electrical systems.
Equipment maintenance and upkeep
1. The brakes of each institution should be regularly inspected and adjusted for the clearance between the brake pads and brake wheels to ensure flexibility and reliability. There should be no dirt on the friction surface, and any dirt must be washed away with gasoline or thinner.
2. The lubrication of various parts such as gearbox, gearbox, external gear, and hydraulic oil shall be carried out according to the requirements in the lubrication table.
3. Pay attention to checking whether there are broken wires and loose strands in each part of the steel wire rope. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately. The maintenance and upkeep of steel wire ropes should strictly follow the provisions of GB5144-85.
4. Regularly check the connection of each part, and tighten if there is any looseness. The tightness of the connecting bolts of the machine body should be checked when the machine body is under pressure (rotating arms can be used to create a compressed state), and all connecting shafts must have open pins and be fully opened.
5. Regularly check whether each institution is operating normally and whether there is any noise. If any faults are found, they must be promptly eliminated.
When installing, disassembling, and adjusting the rotary mechanism, attention should be paid to ensuring that the centerline of the reducer of the rotary mechanism is parallel to the centerline of the gear, and its meshing surface is not less than 70%. The meshing clearance should be suitable.
7. Regularly check all wires and cables for damage. Timely bandage and replace the damaged parts.
8. If the motor overheats, it should be stopped in a timely manner, and the fault should be eliminated before continuing to operate. The lubrication of the motor bearings should be good.
9. The contact surface of each part of the electric brush should be kept clean, and the brush pressure should be adjusted to ensure that the contact area is not less than 50%.
10. Keep control boxes, distribution boxes, etc. clean regularly and promptly remove dust from electrical equipment. 11. The contact opening and closing of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable, and the contact arc pit should be polished in a timely manner.
