The Dock Technik loadhouse is infront of the building. This means that the entire building space can be maximised and used maximising the facility. Our loadhouse are also beneficial where it is not possible to install dock levellers internally or where this may be expensive due to constriction works. 

Product Description

The Dock Technik Loadhouse is the perfect space saving docking solution by having the dock leveller outside. Our loadhouse is a standalone insulated unit consisting of a dock leveller and dock shelter, we install this loadhouse pod to the outside of the building to maximise warehouse space.

The Loadhouse has a steel lower frame structure which incorporates the dock leveller and is designed to the height and specification to meet the needs of your fleet of vehicles. The loadhouse is easy to assemble and install to minimise disruption on site and can be installed on new builds or as a retro-fit. 

Our loadhouse has two insulation options and can be used even on temperature-controlled facilities.
